I was looking for a good tripod mount using a standard 1/4"-20 nut, while still retaining a good access to the USB-C port on the bottom of the camera. The Pocket will fit in this Socket snugly without having to flex anything at the top of the mount. I can hold my Pocket completely inverted and shake without losing grip, but if you're worried, I suggest a thin sheet of vinyl cling material along the back rear to make it extra grippy.
Originally I made one with a bit of a backward leaning angle for balance and ease of viewing, but as it turns out, the DJI Osmo Pocket won't let you do a "motionlapse" timelapse series if the Osmo is not held perfectly upright.
Insert your own 1/4"-20 nut into the base, from the Osmo side. The adapter's base is round and should sit flat on most tripod heads well, but I added extra feet to the base so you have leverage to twist the mount on and off of the tripod head easily. The extra legs also helps the adapter stand flat on a tabletop without toppl
