Oster / Sunbeam blender base ring

Oster / Sunbeam blender replacement bottom base. Replaces original part number 133063-000-090.

Tested and works on my Oster BLSTAS-BC 8 Speed Blender (Designer Series). I printed mine in PETG for additional strength.

If modifying the OpenScad file, it will require [scad-utils](https://github.com/OskarLinde/scad-utils).
