Updated to parts for OTF Knife / Switch Blade (Functional) by David6722
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3619717
Update 4/3/20 added the Top case, by request.
I made the blade double sided and gave it more of a "dagger" shape. It gives the blade more definition when its out. Also, being double sided, it makes the blade look more centered.
I printed with 20% infill and 4 perimeters. The 4 perimeters line up almost exactly with the bevel of the blade, gives a nice effect.
Print both halfs then glue them together.
I also combined the bottom case and the lock spring. There is a 0.4mm gap (2 layers @ 0.2) between the spring and the inside bottom of the case. This is just enough to be supported so it can be printed in place, but has enough clearance that the spring works normally.
Finally, I change the thumb button on the slider.
Made it wider and rounder. The original version was starting to leave a raw spot on my thumb. :-)
Enjoy!
