I'd highly recommend using 100% infill. To assemble, I'd suggest lightly sanding the surface before gluing the parts with super glue. You can do what I did and use different filament color to make it look prettier. I've tested this with 0.5mm band and it shots clay balls wonderfully! It's comfortable to be used with brace grip.
