Over Ear Extender

Wanted my headphones to stop squishing my ears. Made this spacer to make that possible.

If your headphones can swivel, use over-ear-FLAT
If your headphones can't swivel, use over-ear-L & R

I like printing each ear separately so that the print head never leaves the print.
Needs support! Tree Support works well.
100% infill or an extra wall to make sure everything is fulled in.

Before installing, you should add a foam top. Sometimes you can reuse the original one by cutting slits in it and gluing it down. If not, just glue on craft foam followed by less dense foam. Use proper glues, I used wood glue which is only somewhat proper and won't flex with the foam which is bad.


Install------------------------------------------------------------
1. Pull off cushion, there should be a grove it was in.
2. Place print into groove by bending it along middle line.
3. Secure with twist tie.
