A Few Words of IntroductionThis is a quick test designed to check print cooling efficiency across 360° without putting excessive strain on the printer’s mechanics. The printer can operate at a steady, uniform speed without unnecessary head movements. The first segment starts at a 40° overhang, each following segment increases by 5°, and the test ends at 75°. You can print the full model or scale it down, e.g. to 60%.Recommended print settings:Infill: 0%Top layers: 0Walls: 2I recommend adjusting the slicer settings so that up to half the model height you print with 2 walls, and above that height switch to 3 walls.PostscriptumI needed a quick and simple 360° test for my new print cooling system. I couldn’t find anything that would check overhang quality across the full 360° range with angles from 40° to 75°, while keeping the head movement uniform (without unnecessary acceleration or deceleration).CONCLUSION👍👍👍If you enjoyed the project please like it.👍👍👍Post your makes and let me k
