Overhangless Festool Cord Manager

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2013748 created a clip to keep your tool's power cord attached to the 36mm hose from a Festool dust collector.

In order to make these parts printable on a rapid scale, I added a fillet to the locating cuff to reduce the overhang angle. This makes the parts printable with no overhangs, supports or bed adhesion aids.

I print 10 at a time with 0.2 mm layer height, and each batch takes me 3:30. I give them out to contractors and tool nut friends.
