Owl Monk Fixed

This remixes The Syrinx Monk(Owlcokra) D&D mini. The original had some major issues. 1. The base was hollow. So I filled that in. 2. The geometry was non-manifold meaning much of the details were being lost in the face. I also added a nameplate but it probably won't' show up in your prints, and added more definition to the head, face, and eyes.
