This is a part to mount a [flow meter](https://banggood.app.link/DtI7rpwtU4) that's often used to get the right amount of oxygen into the wort when making beer!

Oxygen bottle is 71mm in diameter and the mounting hole is 10mm. For scandinavian brewers the bottle and regulator is available at "Jula"
