Oxygen tank roller

I designed this for my grandma, who found that her shoulder strap carrier was too heavy, the canister I designed this for was.4.25 in wide and around 15 in tall. It is mainly designed for walking around the store and such, it does not roll too well on uneven surfaces but you can use different wheels if needed. Some holes may need to be grinded with a rotary tool to make a proper fit, and the push pins will need to be sanded. I used pushpins with caps to make it easy to disassemble but you can glue it all together if you want it stiff and don't care. The system most likely will not stand by itself because I designed it with the canister counterweight in mind.
