i personally connected them with 3d pen there is no system of connecting them together you can use whatever you wantthere is an hole in the front for handle also can be anything that fits as its just a modular project you can do it on your own instead of being forced on some kind of mechanism also it depends on filament that you use for it as i used pla panchroma from polymaker and it worked i guess it has bigger temp resistance the esun pla+ also works as i made one for my friend
