P3Steel Configurable LCD Controller Side Mount

This is a remix / mashup of the Full Graphics LCD Controller Mount by oliasmage (Charles Bell), thing #287633, the mounting brackets for the LCD 2004 Smart Controller by Korri, thing #284377, and my earlier LCD Controller Mount for the Prusa i3 6mm frame, thing #587653. Also, the idea for side mounting the LCD controller comes from thing #139529 by Claude Theroux.

Either the LCD12864 Full Graphics Controller or the LCD2004 Smart Controller can be used with this mount, by simply adjusting the length of the 8mm threaded rod and printing the correct set of mounting brackets. These LCD controllers are usually shipped with short flat cables (since longer cables tend to pick up electrical noise and render the SD card reader useless), this is one reason why I believe side mounting the LCD controller is a good idea. The other reason is that it leaves enough space to have the filament spool holder on top of the P3Steel.
