Fresh air vent bezel that works with Thingaverse "Replacement inside vent for Piper Cherokee." The bezel has 2 different sizes, the file "VentHolder_35.2mm Hole_rev2.STL" may require some sanding to allow the parts to fiction fit. I made the second version, "VentHolder_35.4mm Hole_rev2.STL" to minimize the amount of sanding required to fit.
The picture is of the completed bezel and vent installed in my1966, PA28-180C.
No special materials needed, these don't hook to the heaters or anything. I do recommend that support material be generated as it provides a better part.
The part should be rotated 180 degrees around the x axis for printing, such that the base will be positioned on the printer bed.
