If you want a more attractive look, I recommend using a textured surface.You insert the suction cup into the hole with the holder and secure it with a pin, set screw or normal screw, or for example a printed stick.If there is interest, I can also add a version with a safety eye (for securing with a string, for example if you are transporting a four-legged friend) or a version where a neodymium magnet is used instead of a suction cup.
