Took the idea and made it able to hold a 2" brush and added more slots. It holds 22 in total plus a standard brush that is 1/4" x 1-1/8" handle.
It can hold them whether it is oriented horizontal or vertical.
The assembly needs two sides plus one of each cross bar.
Cross bar clearances are designed at .25mm, so you may need some glue to hold it together or it my fit as is.
