Pan and Tilt mount for Arlec 9W Downlights. Perfect as a low-cost studio light or worklight.
Designed to fit onto Neewer Light Stand from Amazon.

Use M3 press nuts for the side brackets. And M3 hex head bolts for the tilt adjustment.
