PanaVise Helping Hands Base

Inspired by [uwacn's](http://www.thingiverse.com/uwacn/about) [PanaVise mount](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1423011), but needed to adjust for a different thread size. Added a parts tray and stabilizing feet.

Uses 3/8 BPT flexible lubricating hose from [Amazon](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018RT31R4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for the helping hands.
