Pancake Stepper Model

The original model was exactly what I was looking for, but way too big for what it was. I pulled into MeshMixer, converted it to solid to eliminate the non-manifold issues, which reduced the file size by 90% and then further reduced it another 90% to get a 700k file with the "_small" suffix.

Useful for working with models of BMG style extruders with reduction gears.
