Panel Line Chisel Tip Handle

A basic chisel set comes with a bulky handle that can't control the tip very well. Here is a more ergonomic handle that I hope will evolve to handle more tools and can be scaled for even larger tools like files. The collet system should be easy to adapt as new tools are added. Print the collet horizontally with support to get good strength, everything else can be printed vertically.
