These are super simple plans for turning less expensive 30" x 36" plexiglass panels into a modular panel system. The materials I used for each panel:
1 x 30" x 36" Acrylic sheets
1 x 30" x 36" Hardboard
2 x 6' x 4' x 1' pine boards
2 x 4' x 1' x 2" 4.5' pine boards
6 x 1' wood screws (to attach hardboard)
6 x 1' wood screws (optional for attaching acrylic sheets) NOTE: do not use standard drill bits, use glass cutting drill bits to avoid cracking panels
8 x 1.5' wood screws to connect the frame together
Hinges (One on each side) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079G3YMVR
I have also used blue duct tape to seal and protect the acrylic panel
