Pannier bag support

This build clips to the luggage rack frame to give a bit of support to pannier bags, keeping them away from the spokes and mudguard stays. Print mirrored for the other side. I am using it on a Decathlon 920e but it will probably fit other Decathlon models and other racks that have a vertical stay and one at 40 degrees, each with a 10mm diameter.
