Print the 'roller' first and then cover it with a strip of vinyl electrical tape, to give it better grip.
After printing the 'case' portion, the 'roller' can then be dropped in and coaxed/twisted into the correct orientation.
To simplify things, I used double-sided tape to add a magnet to the back, instead of building in the magnet.
