I didn't like any of Kitchen paper towel holder so I make one myself. (There is one (or 2) similar that was inspiration).
I designed this holder with durability in mind - that's why it's so massive, and comes in 3 parts.
It can hold a paper towel roll of diameter around 14..15cm(max).
Holes are for screws for 8mm(dia.) wall plugs. There are additional holes 2,5mm for 2,9/3,0mm(dia.) wood/metal/plastic screws for some additional modification/upgrade :-)
You'll need a few screws:
6pcs 3,5x25mm for wall part & bottom part, and
3pcs 3x30(..40)mm for center part.
