PaperPocket

What It Is: The Paper Pocket is a bookmark that I made on Tinkercad and 3D printed for a school project. The dimensions of the bookmark are 11x3x6.5 Centimeters. The object is made of PLA filament, a type of plastic used in 3D printing with the Ultimaker^2. The Paper Pocket is long and wide, with something on the top to rest on top of the page to make turning to it easier. The bookmark has a logo, a hole pattern to reduce material, the date it was made, and the name of the maker.

How To Use: The 1st version of the Paper Pocket didn’t work that much because it relied on a single page to keep it in place. Now, the current Paper Pocket is used just like an average bookmark, and the spine holds it up. The top of the bookmark is supposed to help keep the Paper Pocket in place and make it easier to turn to a page.
