The "Influence Device" 001 from Paradroid. Compared with the game, this is a pretty easy thingi.
Print it, remove the supports ants its done. No painting needed - at least if you were clever enough to print it with white filament.
Because this thingi wont stand by itself, i recommend glueing it on the base I created:
