It's parametric storage boxes with round or rectangle holes designed in FreeCAD.
You can change parameters in Params spreadsheet as is shown in screenshot (don't forget to add units - mm or something else after values).
then select Body in sidebar and File->Export to STL or other format.
As example there are attached 6x4 boxes for AA and AAA batteries.
Have fun and print it!
