Parameteric Swatch Spinner

A swatch spinner based strongly on the design here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/506640#profileId-422370 I wanted one larger then those available. It is configurable in multiple sizes. 150, 200, 300, and 375 swatches. I haven't tried the larger ones, but they should work.
