Parameterised Flower Frog Designer

I needed to create a range of different sized flower frogs for my wedding, the code generates a 3D model of a base with concentric rings of evenly spaced circular holes, the number of holes per ring increases with the ring's radius. This allows me to fill each hole with nails bought from my local hardware store to complete the flower frog.

Here's an example of the parameters:
diameter = 42; // Overall diameter
height = 8; // Height of the frog
hole_diameter = 1.8; // Diameter of each hole (this should be just slightly larger than your nails for a tight fit)
hole_offset = 2; // Distance from the outer edge to the first hole
min_spacing = 2; // Minimum spacing between holes (controls hole separation)
ring_count = 3; // Number of rings of holes (inner circles)
max_holes_per_ring = 30; // Maximum holes per ring
