This is a parameterized hinged pipe-clamp.I needed a clamp that could be put on an existing pipe in the middle (i.e. ends not exposed) with a quick-engage latch (no room to get a screw-driver.This clamp uses a rotating T-pin as the hasp mechanism, and uses a stepped-slide to apply tension to keep the clamp secure. It can be easily installed and secured with one hand in tight spaces. It requires 3 machine-screws to assemble:1 for the hinge, one for the t-pin pivot, and 1 for the t-pin itself. the lengths will depend on the height of the clamp and the diameter of the pipe (for the t-pin). The provided model uses 2xM4x30 and 1xM4x20, but these are fully configurable. The provided model is configer for 1" Schedule 40 pipe with an OD of 1-5/16", but again, fully parameterized. In the US, the following pipe diameters are standard:½" Sched 40 PVC: 22mm¾" Sched 40 PVC: 27mm1" Sched 40 PVC: 33mm1-¼" Sched 40 PVC: 42mm1-½" Sched 40 PVC: 45mm 3/8" PEX: 13mm½" PE
