Parametric/Adjusable Desktop Spool Holder

A desktop ball bearing spool holder for 3D printers that can quickly adjust to hold different spool widths.

I needed a spool holder for my Printrbot Simple so I created this from my replicator1 version.

Different width spools can be used by just moving the inner support to a different slot.

The spool widths currently supported are from about 40mm wide to about 85mm wide. The supported spool widths can be changed in the OpenSCAD source code.
