Parametric ammo box

This is a revision of a .SCAD.
"A.P." did some fine work where it counted, needing only minor tweaks versus a full redo.
The source work had a few errors and important variable omissions.
Fixed the Cartridge Diameter variable being unavailable in the parameter display.
This version allows two lines of text to better identify your ammo and ease organization.
This version also addresses an issue in the source work, where "cartridgeExposed" controlled the box height as well as the lid height, rendering useless results below 0.6.
