Parametric Balloon Nozzle - Updated

This is a nozzle that goes in the mouth of a balloon. When you inflate the balloon and let it go, the nozzle controls the rate at which air is released from the balloon. Adjust the nozzle design for maximum flight time, or altitude, or just for fun. Simple, quick and easy to print. Can be customized in the Thingiverse customizer or in OpenSCAD.

It's a fun science project - what kind of nozzle makes the balloon fly better? The short one? The long one? A different design than these?

The STLs for the versions with fins are provided. The fins make it harder to blow up the balloon and may not improve the flight. Why?
