This is an OpenSCAD file for making Bathinov masks.
Update:
Version 2 has an additional variable for the width of the strips. For example, if "linepair" is 5mm and "blocked" is 0.4, then the strips are 5 x 0.4 = 2mm wide and the air gaps are 5mm x 0.6 = 3mm wide.
