A fully parametric bellow to convert your espresso grinder to single dose
I tried https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4803410 and found that the top/bottom results in 8 solid layers which was more material than needed, and the diameter was a bit small for the actual throat of the Mazzer Mini. Also, the thin walls results in just 2 shells which did not print well for me.
In this model, every relevant parameter is adjustable, and anything thats not exposed can be edited manually if you load it into OpenSCAD :)
The setting that worked for me was:
- 58mm diameter throat
- 1.2mm wall thickeness, which results in 3 layers
If your TPU settings are well tuned you could probably get away with 2. I can get away with it and end up with an airtight bellow, but the results are not as pretty as if I do 3.
See misc notes for PrusaSlicer settings for my Ender 3 Pro. I have the newer stock nozzle which doesn't have a huge gap between the entry point and extuder gears, but am still pri
