Parametric Bird Feeder Tray

I needed another food tray for my budgies so that the one male in our flock of 4 wouldn't prevent his sister from eating. I am hoping a second food tray will be harder for him to control.

I don't know for certain which plastics are safe for birds. I suspect ABS would be OK, and PLA would be fine (depending on the dyes/pigments used). __Use at your own (or your birds own) risk.__ Off the top of my head, the possible risks are:
* Chemical residue (toxicity)
* Off gassing
* plastic splinters and shards for the birds to pull on and swallow
