Original designed as an Eccentric Bushing with offset diameter. You can always remove the offset in OpenSCAD or Parametric. Change to holeOffset = 0 2 Print profiles. 1 in PLA for a fit check with low infill, designed. 2nd for PETG. Use 6+ wall loops and 6+ Bottom/Top shell layers. If the bushing is being compressed, you'll want solid surfaces on the flange to handle the compression. You can use other materials too for the final bushing. ASA should be fine. TPU is probably the best choice overall, but I don't have any to test it with. Shore 95A is where I would start. Base Model has the following characteristics: pOD=30.0; // The outside flange diameter (mm)pID=19.8; // The inside pipe diameter (mm) holeOffset=3.0; // The offset of the inner hole from the center (in mm) bHeight=12.0; //The total height of the sleeve (flange thickness + depth into eyebolt) (mm)rHeight=3.0; //The height of the rim (the flange thickness)(mm)bID=8.4; //The inner diameter for the bolt (size up ~5%)
