Parametric caster wheel

I needed a fairly odd size wheel for one that was missing on a piece of machinery and couldn't find the right combination of large bearing size and small wheel diameter, so came up with this to generate wheels of nearly any size with any bearing.

The design allows for the creation of custom wheel sizes that are typically intended for use with casters. It uses a dual bearing layout and the bearing size can be selected from the list of common bearings.

Optionally you can add a number of cutouts on the wheel to save material.

Parameters:
* **BearingSize**: The name of the bearings being used. Most standard bearing numbers will work
* **WheelDiameter:** Overall outside diameter
* **WheelDepth:** The thickness of the wheel
* **WheelRoundness:** Curve for the edges of the wheel. 0 produces a roller style wheel with hard corners and higher values result in a more scooter wheel style. This value should not be larger than half the depth
