Parametric cell pack frame

I have printed the awesome 18650 Battery Frame by lewtwo and was about to put my battery pack together on a 14s5p configuration but in the middle of the process I decided to go for a 14s7p instead but the models, so the options where to add more modules to extend the battery pack or to add two more rows.

I've been wanting to learn OpenSCAD for some time now so I gave it a go with this design.
I tried to keep most of the features of the original design. I have only left out the joints because they didn't work too well with my printer (maybe to to warping) so I ended up just printing without joints and gluing/welding the modules together afterwards.

Some of the main parameters are:
- Cell array size: width/height
- Cell diameter: should work for other cell form factors (not thoroughly tested)
- Cell diameter tolerance: print the cells a bit larger to handle printer tolerances
- Panel/frame thickness
