Parametric Container With Lid

This model provides a circular or elliptical container and lid with an optional web connecting the two.

I had previously uploaded a similar [design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3462476) which was created with Fusion360. However, such a simple design seems better suited for OpenSCAD with all the ease of customization it offers. At a future date I may add fillets to the interconnecting web to minimize breakage.

For starters, I recommend a wall thickness of twice the extrusion width, and the web thickness (if you specify the web) equal to two layers.
