With huge $fn=180 settings filter() rendering can take around half a hour, but nut and joint renders far quicker. I print filtering net as is, yes It can not be same cute as presented on model but it works.

You can set nozzle diameter parameter. Slic3r and Cura needs it to print exact model dimensions.
