Parametric Electron Microscope Pin Stub Box

This is a complement to the Parametric Geological Slide Holder Box. This is a parametric model for storage boxes for holding the pin stubs used in various electron microscopes (e.g. https://www.tedpella.com/SEM_html/SEMpinmount.aspx ). Some features:Parametric, so you can generate different sizes of boxes (e.g. 2 x 2 stubs, 3 x 4 stubs), and accomodate different stub sizes. I've made these for holding 12mm pin stubs but it should work for bigger diameters. Lid has an optional snap fit clasp to hold the lid down without needing a rubber band or tape. Supports in the lid to keep the lid from crushing down on top of your stubs and samples (adjustable with lid height)Pin holes are tapered, to hopefully hold pin stubs in place so they don't fall out. Add cool text to the lid to make you the envy of others. As usual, I made this for myself and “it works for me” but your mileage may vary. I've pre-generated a bunch of sizes in the .STL files you can download with this profile.
