Only a few params have to be set.

1. bits.: The resolution of the disk.
2. inner radius: That is where the track of the MSB starts. This could be the space for a . bearing hole or for an axis.
3. outerRadius: That is where the track of the LSB ends.
4. thicknes: How thick the disk should be.

All dimensions are in mm
The resolution is limited to 14 bit, cause my openScad quits the service at higher numbers.
