Our new place had a hand towel holder in the bathroom, but was missing the ring. This is a super simple ring for the hand towel.
My uploaded STL has a thickness of 1cm with a ring diameter of 4inches.

Variables are described below:
`thickness` - thickness of the ring, should be the size of the ring holder's hole
`ring_dia` - the ring's diameter
`cut_angle` - how big the cut should be in degrees. Note that the fillet is applied after the cut operation, so a lot more material gets taken away than you would expect
`eps` - an error value for your printer. I set mine to 0.5mm
Should be able to print flat on your bed with no supports; at least I got good results doing that.
