Parametric hexGrid Polyhedron

This module creates a cube with a grid of hexagon holes in it - e.g. a honeycomb. This object is created as a single polyhedron requiring no openscad boolean operations which tend to limit the practical size of complex shapes due to the amount of calculation required. As such
this object can scale to over 50,000 hexes with default openscad parameters.
