Parametric involute gear

Parametric (equation driven) model of a involute gear in solidworks. Includes configurable backlash setting which allows the gears to actually work when machined on real world cnc machines which do have spindle runout. I use a backlash setting of 0.1mm which allows the gears to work when I CNC machine on Roland SRM-20. All gear parameters are configurable. Please see screenshot for configurable parameters
