This is a parametric model to create a jack pad. Your options are flat top, single slot, or cross slots. I have included .stl's for the ever popular Harbor Freight 1.5 ton Jack. But this is easy to adjust for other jack types by adjusting the base and pad diameters and heights. I have only printed the flat top version for my Harbor Freight 1.5 ton jack. It took over 24 hours to print in 90 durometer TPU at 100% infill. I strongly suggest printing a low infill PLA test model before you print your final in TPU.
I have used the pad for several jobs and it has held up well. I used Liquid Nails to affix it to the jack cup. As of 202
