Parametric Knob with cap (Reworked)

Parametric knob for hex head screws and nuts. Fusion 360. Please read the comments of the parameters.

#Version 2 (v96):
- More intuitive than version 1
- Reduces user parameters (moved to sketch)
- Knob is designed more visualy (just edit sketch dimensions in 3d model)
- Added emboss

Before start new knob, it's good practice, to set parameters: ridgeDIameter = 1, ridgeCount = 1, ridgeFilet = 0.1, topFilet 0.1

I hope someday I'll have time to make a video

- It's not very intuitive, but you can set many variations.
