Parametric multi remote holder

This is a remix/refactor of [Parametric universal tool holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:485228/files).

You can now add or remove trays by adding/removing values from the **remote_width** array. These values represent the widths of your remotes, e.g.

```remote_width = [54, 51, 50];```

Optionally add text the **remote_text** array for labeling the trays.

Additionally I added screw holes, and option comments for customizer.
