Parametric Phone Case

This is a remix of simon4web's Fully Customizable Smart Phone Case with the following changes:

* Height and fillet radius of roundy rectangle side holes is definable.
* Added a chamfer to side holes.
* Round side holes now change size.
* Added a fillet to holder brim.
* Inside fillet size can be changed.
* Added a section analysis to check side wall profile.
