Parametric Pokémon Card Box I wanted to have the biggest possible Pokémon Cardbox that would fit on my H2C for sorting and storing Pokémon Cards. Since the available options are 3to3 compartiments at max, I decided to make my own and that this would be a great opportunity to learn some openScad. So I proudly present the (hopefully) first parametric Pokémon Box at Makerworld! You can define almost everything - also parameters that will render the box unfunctional or unprintable. So be warned ;) (At least I somehow sorted the parameter by mess-up-factor.) About this Series We wanted the boxes for our sleeved Pokémon Cards (Maday Games Card sleeves Green), so I did all the boxes 68mm width and 100mm height to have enough space for my Card separators: Pokémon Karten Trenner - Pokéball Trenner - 66x96 – Kostenloses 3D-Druckmodell – MakerWorld The other parameters such as the pokeplate for example are experimental. I will do some different sizes renderings with AMS and NoAMS versions. I did not print every size myself (I already had a 3x3 box). Because I learned that the cards would fall over the smaller compartiments, I went with the higher version. Finally I mostly printed the combined versions, for I'm no friend of superglue and hey… I have a multicolor printer! ;) So I can't tell you how well glueing the bigger connectors with compartiment will work. If you encounter any problems, please tell me and I will do my best to fix them!! If you're missing some sizes, please ask for it and I will upload them, or just use do it yourself in the modeler. Printing Printing the boxes should be straight forward. I used the Standard printing profile mith 0.2mm an 15% infill. I used Bamboo Labs PLA Basic and PLA Matte. I had the better results with Basic. Matte seems a little bit thicker and it may be a little hard to put the parts together. Sometimes I had Bamboo putting the seem in the corners, and it was hard to put the parts together as well. I used a cutter knife for flattening.
